Why do you only deliver on Wednesdays?

Your meat is boned out fresh on the day and then vac sealed for delivery that day. This means that you are getting the freshest, most delicious meat possible.The vacuum seal ensures that the meat is protected from freezer burn and other damage, so it will stay fresh and flavorful for as long as possible.

What is the cut off times for next day delivery?

For next day delivery the cut off time is 7pm. After 7pm the orders will be processed the next available delivery slot.

Do I have to be home to accept my delivery?

No, our sealed thermal ice packed boxes can last 3 hours. Be sure to leave instructions on delivery notes so we can leave your box in a safe place. We are also practising contactless deliveries in light of COVID -19. We will place your Meatbox in a safe place and text you to notify you of the delivery.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is FREE with in Adelaide metro 25kms on orders over $100, less than $100 there will be a $10 delivery charge. Beyond Adelaide Metro is FREE delivery on orders over $200 or otherwise there is $15 delivery charge.

What if the weight of meat is different to what I have been charge?

If our meat is ever under weight we will happily provide you with a partial refund for the amount it is under or we can credit your account for the next order!

We will always aim to provide you with the correct amount or more.

If the meat is over you will not be charged extra.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver within 45Kms Adelaide CBD. Check the list of postcodes below.

Do you deliver outside of Adelaide?

Currently we don’t, but we are on working on this for future deliveries.

How do I cancel/pause my subscription?

To cancel your subscription simply go into your account > click on subscriptions > on the subscription page there is a renew button, slide the renew button to off. This subscription will aways be there and if you want to continue your order just slide it back or start a new subscription.

How do I edit my subscription?

To edit your subscription you will have to go into Subscriptions > turn off auto renew. This will pause the subscription. After pausing you can shop normally and start a new subscription or a one off shop.
