If you have a frozen piece of steak in your fridge, why not try making a Philly Cheese steak? This meaty mess is a tasty, cheesy way to satisfy your meat cravings. A very quick and easy option if your hungry after a couple of drinks.

The Philly cheese steak is a meaty, cheesy mess that can be quick and easy to make at home. All you need is a frozen piece of steak, some onions, and your favorite cheese.

You can start by semi thawing your steak in the fridge overnight or just thaw on the day (still should be easy enough to cut if you have nice blade).

Cut the steak into thin strips. Next, heat some oil in a pan over medium-high heat, and add the onions. Cook the onions until they are soft, then add the steak strips. Cook the steak for about 5 minutes, or until it is cooked through. Finally, add the cheese to the pan or straight to the bread roll and let it melt. Serve the steak strips on a roll with some grilled onions and cheese. Make extra cheese sauce and pour over if you feeling frisky!

Ingredients:

- steak (any cut will do, but something with a bit of fat on it is best)

- cheese slices

-provolone cheese

- onion

- salt and pepper to taste

-cheese sauce if you have time
