To make the dish, first, marinate the chicken minimum 30 mins (overnight is best), then sear chicken in ghee under cooking it and remove from pan. Then, add more ghee to the pan frying up the ginger, garlic and canned tomatoes. Return the chicken to the pan, add cream with the same seasonings used in the marinade and simmer till chicken is tender ( about 45 mins on low/medium).
