Ingredients:

Beef Mince

Cheese

Puff Pastry

Tomato sauce

Mustard

Salt

Pepper

Diced onions

Diced pickles

Garlic powder

Eggs

Method:

Pre heat oven at 190C/370F

Mix beef mince, onion, pickles, salt, pepper, tomato sauce, mustard, garlic powder in a bowl.

Add to puff pastry and add cheese on top.

Brush egg wash on opposite side than roll the meat.

Brush egg wash on top and sprinkle poppy or sesame seeds. Chuck it in the oven for 25 minutes
