Garlic butter compound is a very easy recipe to make. Simply combine softened butter, garlic, in a bowl and mix well. The garlic butter is so versatile and can be used with so many other dishes but its so good on steak keeping the meat juicy and flavourful while the garlic will add a delicious taste. Takes 5 minutes to make and is so handy to have in the fridge.
I used a 500g stick of salted butter, it's a lot but I will use it for other meals and obviously garlic bread!
Mix all ingredients in a mixer on low and make sure to not over do it, 30 seconds max!
