50/50 mix beef/pork mince (500gms)
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1 egg
Salt
Pepper
Nutmeg
All Spice
Onion
Butter
Thickenend cream
Minced garlic
3 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cups beef broth
Worcestershire sauce
1. In a mixing bowl, combine mince, panko, egg, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and all spice. Mix well.
2. Roll up some meatballs to your desired size, smaller ones are tastier and easier to cook.
3. Add oil to a pan on medium to high heat, frying up the balls until they have a nice crust on them, then remove from the pan.
4. In the same pan melt some butter then add in 3 teaspoons of flour and mixing it through butter until all the clumps are removed. Add some beef stock, thickened cream, worcestershire sauce and whisk.
5. Throw the meatballs back in the pan and mix through the gravy mix for 5 minutes.
6. Serve on mash potatoes.
