There are countless recipes for meatballs out there, but this one is my personal favorite. It’s simple, straightforward and always comes out delicious. Plus, it’s a great way to use up any leftover meat you might have in the fridge. So give it a try – I promise you won’t be disappointed!

When it comes to meatball subs, beef mince is the clear winner. Pork mince is too greasy and doesn’t have the same meaty flavor as beef. Plus, it can be a little dry on its own. Beef mince, on the other hand, is tender and juicy, with a rich, meaty flavor that everyone will love. So if you want to make the best meatball subs possible, use beef mince instead of pork or mix both

There are several ways to cook meatballs – frying, baking or smoking . All methods are good, so it really comes down to personal preference and how much time you have.

Pan frying is the traditional way to cook meatballs. You can use either a skillet or a shallow frying, but I find a skillet to be the easiest option. It’s also a very healthy way to cook meatballs, as you don’t need any extra oils or fats. once you have a nice colour on the balls, all you have to do is throw in some pasta sauce for another 10 minutes and boom your balls are ready!

Oven baking is an easier method of cooking meatballs. It’s a super easy method – all you need to do is place meatballs on a baking sheet, and put them in the oven for around 20 minutes or until they’re cooked through. If you brush meatballs with pasta sauce before baking, they come out nice and moist.
