How to cook BBQ Char Sui Chicken Skewers:
1. Preheat your BBQ, or heat a grill pan on the stove over medium-high heat.
2. Mix together the diced chicken, char sui seasoning, sugar, and 1 tablespoon of oil. Thread the chicken onto skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes before using).
3. Grill the chicken skewers for 8-10 minutes, add water to some seasoning mix and brush on the skewers to keep them nice and moist, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
